|Dear Valued Member,
EWaste Sys. Inc. (EWSI)
is our New Technical Report. Is this chart built for a massive rebound or is this chart built for a massive rebound? Down a whopping -98%
from its 52-week high of $1.95, EWSI
at currently $.024, needs to be put immediately on your radar this morning! Read below the breaking news released by EWSI this morning that, “EWSI Signs Letter of Intent for Acquisition of Logistics Solutions Company.”
This could be the type of catalyst that sparks up the potential rebound!
Many micro-cap investors look for bounce plays as they tend to reverse and see big potential moves. EWSI has a perfect bottom chart set up for this type of move, with the right momentum and technical eyes, we might be in store for a perfect rebound storm!
Looking at the technical chart below, we clearly see that EWSI has finally bottomed out in the $.02 range. This opinion is supported by the long straight line, highlighted by purple colors to indicate consolidation in this level. Support levels also look very strong as shares have not fallen below the $.02 mark for weeks upon weeks! If EWSI begins to reverse, we may be in store for a very big rebound in our opinion!

EWSI breaking news out this morning that, “it has signed a non-binding letter of intent (“LOI”) to acquire a multi-vendor reverse logistics solutions company headquartered in the Southwestern US. This LOI represents the fourth targeted acquisition by E-Waste Systems as part of its strategy to become a leading provider of e-waste services internationally. The target’s scope of work includes asset management, professional services and technical solutions including reverse logistics resolution, development and implementation of software and operational processes, inventory control, commodity audit programs, and process integration, as well as engineering expertise, refurbishment and remanufacturing capabiities.
“This particular opportunity is an excellent complement to the planned build-out of our e-waste recycling infrastructure initiatives. Our focus is on building a growing and profitable company with the objective of becoming a significant international player in the electronic waste recycling and end-of-life management industry. This acquisition could become an excellent component in the implementation of our strategy,” stated Martin Nielson, CEO of E-Waste Systems. This LOI requires that the names of the company and the specific terms of the transaction be kept confidential to protect customers, suppliers, and employees, but details will be announced as soon as the definitive agreement has been executed. Closing is contingent upon, among other things, due diligence and definitive agreements and completion of two years of PCAOB qualified audits, all of which are expected to be commissioned soon. “ <Click here to view full news release>.

More About E-Waste Systems Inc.:
Headquartered in London, where e-waste regulations are the most stringent in the world, EWSI aims to be a leading provider of e-waste related services in key jurisdictions globally. Blumberg Associates estimates the e-waste sector at a $55B industry annually, as legislation increasingly mandates that e-waste can no longer be landfilled. OEM’s, retailers and users are increasingly responsible for end-of-life management of e-waste, while Corporate Social Responsibility demands highly compliant, professional solution providers. The collection and recovery industry is also highly fragmented and EWSI considers these elements as an attractive environment for its buy, build and upgrade strategy. Originally founded in March 2010, EWSO provides end-of-life solutions for a wide range of electronics, initially focused on copiers. The company expanded to larger premises upon the close of the acquisition and remains committed to responsible e-waste recycling efforts according to both R2 standards and the Basel convention.
