If we look at the VIIC Daily Chart you will notice VIIC is trading near 52 week lows! It is for the trader with due diligence to decide if this growth stage, contract winning company with an OS of ~46M and Float of ~17M offers a LUCRATIVE ROI!

 

Support is at the current price of $.043.  Accumulation has been STRONG, a MACD turn looks to be in the works now, and RSI is OVERSOLD at ~26. Resistance can be seen at the 50SMA at ~$.08.  This stock just RECENTLY took a dive, and BOUNCE plays on strong low floaters have offered some of the most extreme opportunities out there in the past.
