I hear gold bugs chattering about how the U.S. government is in a conspiracy with institutions like Goldman Sachs to prop up the U.S. dollar while pushing gold lower.
If that was true, then why are those same institutions buying gold mining stocks over the last few weeks?
Remember, 70% of the volume on any given day is from institutional traders and hedge funds.
If a vast conspiracy existed between bankers, the U.S. government, and institutions to keep gold low and the U.S. dollar high, then why are the institutions breaking ranks and buying gold and gold mining stocks?
Over the last few weeks, a massive amount of money has moved into gold and gold mining companies.
