Hi Lance can this strategy be implemented in forex markets?
My advice to you would be to do a chart of the Forex pair you are thinking about trading then do a chart of the U.S. Dollar and see if you can find a negative or inverse correlation like the kind I found in the article above. You will then have your answer.
