Unfortunately, there is no system than can accurately and efficiently make money for you by selecting winning stocks (look up the efficient market theory). If you want a safe stock that steadily rises in price i suggest you invest in an index, such as the Vanguard 500 index. This allows you to, basically, invest in the market as a whole, and also protects you from the risk of individual stocks (diversification).

That is not what screeners do. They screen stocks (or funds) based on the quantitative parameters you input. You’re looking for a crystal ball.
