Before we go into the globalist attack from Italy against GM and American workers, you need to know some recent history about Italy and the US. You won’t find this information in news reports from the corrupt corporate media in the U.S. You definitely won’t learn about this in a history book from the Democrat controlled education system inside the US either.

Our philosophy at GuerillaStockTrading.com is that better traders and investors are created when they have more facts and inside knowledge about what is going on in the halls of power and financial markets.

Italy has a long history of globalist leaders. Italian growth has been stagnant for years. A majority of Italians feel Italy has suffered under globalization and the euro.

Matteo Salvini, Italy’s interior minister and the country’s most powerful politician, big themes that got him and the Five Star Movement into power were defending Italy’s borders against what he calls an “invasion” of undocumented immigrants, and putting “Italians first”. Salvini said he would defend Italian sovereignty against the bean counters of the EU who have effectively destroyed Italian sovereignty and economic prosperity. However, he backed down from his 2014 stance that Italy should leave the EU, which has enraged many of his supporters.

The globalists running Italy worked with Establishment Deep State players inside the FBI, CIA, and other US government agencies, in an attempt to defeat Trump in 2016.

A key question examined by the inspector general has been the FBI’s process for applying for, and receiving, a secret warrant to monitor the communications of former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page. The warrant was renewed multiple times by judges, but Republican critics of the Russia probe have decried the fact that the FBI relied in part in its application on uncorroborated information obtained by Christopher Steele, a former British spy who had been paid by Hillary Clinton’s campaign to conduct opposition research.

Barr recently traveled with Durham to Italy in August and September 2019, and the two met with Italian intelligence officials to seek information about the activities of FBI agents assigned there.

Italy’s Pope Benedict was pressured out by the Obama Administration and Pope Francis was put in. Thanks to the DNC’s hacked emails released by Wikileaks, we know about this collusion between globalists in the US and Italian governments to remove the more right leaning Benedict and to replace him with the left leading Francis.

According to Dottori, Obama was eager to dethrone Benedict XVI for two reasons. On the one hand, his presidency was close to fundamentalist Islam (de facto fostered by regime change in Libya and Egypt and civil war in Syria, provoked by U.S. former secretary of state Hillary Clinton’s foreign policy design), whereas Ratzinger, ever since his famous Regensburg lecture, had been identified internationally as a strong opponent of Islamism. On the other hand, Obama was worried about the Church’s reconciliatory efforts toward Moscow’s Orthodox patriarch, within the scope – Dottori wrote – “of a geopolitical project aimed at European-Russian integration, actively supported by Germany and Italy.” The Obama Administration, working with some Republicans, funneled $5 billion tax dollars to NGOs to overthrow the elected leader in Ukraine and cause an uprising against the pro-Russian government there and supported civil war in the Donbas region (the Obama administration’s involvement was denounced by Foreign Affairs in 2014). The fact they sabotaged the project for the South Stream pipeline (with the help of Senator John McCain (rest in peace you SOB), who literally threatened Bulgaria’s prime minister and obtained his withdrawal from the project), is proof that Democrats were willing to do anything they could to prevent a closer political and economic partnership between Europe and Russia.

The Obama administration used “intelligence agencies” to foster scandals within the Church (Priest sex scandals, etc) and scandals within the Italian government, and threatened to drain away Italian and Vatican financial resources. Italy was at risk of being excluded from international financial markets. The menace against the Vatican was to bar the IOR (Istituto per le Opere di Religione, the Vatican bank) from the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) network. Taking as an excuse the fact that the IOR did not abide by international rules of transparency, Deutsche Bank (which runs point-of-sale payment systems in the Vatican and was suspected by Bankitalia of hosting an IOR account where all money earned within the Vatican converged) had been induced to block all ATMs in Vatican City, a service curiously reactivated, Dottori noticed, right after Pope Benedict’s abdication. Pope Francis, to pay back his globalist Establishment overlords inside the US, came to the US during the 2016 Presidential election and tried to influence our election by swaying the votes of millions of Catholics. Pope Francis openly attacked then candidate Trump’s political campaign with phrases like “Christians build bridges, not walls”. Pope Francis put all his political chips down on the pro-abortion Hillary Clinton in 2016 and came up short. Source: https://www.dailywire.com/news/was-pope-francis-betting-hillary-clinton-paul-bois

When Pope Francis came to the US to campaign for Hillary Clinton, the Vatican chose to use a modified Jeep Wrangler by Fiat Chrysler to serve as the popemobile. Think about that for a minute. Out of all the great American made security vehicles that could have been chosen, Italy’s own Fiat Chrysler was selected. Talk about corporate symbolism that the Italian globalist corporations even control the Pope! Think the globalist corporations were behind Pope Francis’ shameful visit to the US to campaign for the globalist Democrat party against the nationalist candidate Trump? Duh, must be just a coincidence, right?

In emails leaked by the last real journalists on the planet, Wikileaks, we learned that in an email to Podesta, Sandy Newman, president of Voices for Progress, said: “This whole controversy with the bishops opposing contraceptive coverage, even though 98 percent of Catholic women, and their conjugal partners, have used contraception, has me thinking. … There needs to be a Catholic Spring, in which Catholics themselves demand the end of a Middle Ages dictatorship and the beginning of a little democracy and respect for gender equality in the Catholic church. That manufactured “Catholic Spring” was bringing Pope Francis into power. Podesta responded in an email the next day: “We created Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good to organize for a moment like this. But I think it lacks the leadership to do so now. Likewise Catholics United. Like most Spring movements, I think this one will have to be bottom up.”

Now that you have learned about some recent history regarding the globalists inside Italy, let’s get to the recent news on GM.

GM Lawsuit Against Fiat Chrysler

Corporations rule the world. There is much more collusion between the Establishment and corporations than most realize. Corporations not only pay to get certain people elected, after their political term has ended, they often go to work at that corporation. In most cases, your government politician actually worked for the corporation they are supposed to regulate. In nearly every case, tax dollars are funneled to corporations in the name of “government contracts” based on the improper relationships between corporations and government office holders. Seldom does the corporate media report on these government and corporate dealings but every so often, we get a glimpse inside the corruption in Washington:

Whenever you hear of a lawsuit or major corporate action taking place on Wall Street, you can bet your last dollar that it’s also tied to globalist Establishment players inside the government too.

On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, General Motors (GM) filed a federal racketeering lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

GM alleges that Fiat Chrysler senior executives, including now-deceased CEO Sergio Marchionne, paid $1.5 million in bribes to Union Auto Workers (UAW) officials for nearly a decade and corrupted the bargaining process with the union in the 2009, 2011 and 2015 contracts to gain advantages over General Motors.

The lawsuit says that because of the bribes, which were funneled through a joint UAW-Fiat Chrysler training center, the union allowed Fiat Chrysler to use more lower-paid temporary workers. Also, FCA in 2015 did not have to limit the number of newly hired workers who make less and get lower-cost benefits than older workers hired before 2007.

GM contends it couldn’t negotiate similar union concessions that FCA was able to get through bribery. GM could only hire a limited number of temporary and lower-paid new workers, called “second tier” workers, which unfairly increased its labor costs by billions of dollars. It alleges the higher labor costs had another purpose — to force GM into a merger with FCA that Marchionne wanted.

GM did have higher labor costs. Before contract talks with all three automakers began last summer, Fiat Chrysler’s total hourly labor costs including wages and benefits were about $55 per hour, $8 less per hour than GM and $6 lower than Ford.

Fiat Chrysler is an Italian corporation. It was headed by the CEO Sergio Marchionne. Mr. Marchionne was an outspoken globalist who was appointed CEO of the globalist group Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) Group of Geneva. Sergio Marchionne supported globalist Democrat candidates inside Italy like former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi. Source: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-italy-election-renzi/whats-up-with-italys-renzi-asks-fiat-chief-marchionne-idUSKBN1F5297

Sergio Marchionne said that a Trump presidency “would change things if there was a stronger protectionist view of U.S. interests on American soil,” Marchionne told Bloomberg TV. “If globalization efforts that have been carried out by multinationals get clipped or curtailed, I think it would have implications about how we manage our business going forward.” Globalist Sergio Marchionne then took the action against nationalists inside the US by firing American workers and instead moved its manufacturing to Mexico.

Fiat Chrysler gave heavily to Democrats over Republicans in the 2016 election cycle:

Globalist Sergio Marchionne may have colluded with corrupt UAW officials in a pay-off scheme to screw American workers.

It would be nice to see Sergio Marchionne have a court trial and perhaps even go to prison but guess what? He mysteriously died before that could happen. Apparently Marchionne died in a Swiss hospital after having a routine operation on his shoulder.

‘One does not dies of a shoulder operation’. Il Giornale newspaper reported that there had been “sudden and unexpected complications”. Source: https://www.theglobalist.com/contributors/sergio-marchionne/

How convenient for other corrupt globalist Establishment actors inside the Italian government. Now everything gets blamed on the dead guy and the corruption investigation stops there.

The fact that globalist Establishment actors inside Italy’s government worked with globalist Establishment actors inside the U.S. to help Hillary Clinton and prevent President Trump from being elected will be brought out by Barr and Durham’s investigation soon. These same globalist Establishment actors inside Italy targeted the great American automakers GM and Ford by bribing UAW officials.

Something really stinks inside Italy and hopefully Barr and Durham’s criminal probe will shed more light on what’s going on there over the coming weeks and months.

GM is going to win this case IMO. There is reason to believe General Motors (GM) could seek at least $6 billion in damages in its lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler (FCAU), JPMorgan analyst Ryan Brinkman tells investors in a research note. One approach to estimating damages could yield a figure as high as $15 billion, but this should be viewed as an “extreme high-end,” adds the analyst. Further, he adds that while Ford (F) may not have been as specifically targeted by the corruption scheme, it also could have a claim if the allegations are true. The analyst sees a “potential large positive” for GM shares from the suit and keeps an Overweight rating on the name with a $47 price target.

Fiat Chrysler (FCAU) says that it will defend itself vigorously against the lawsuit filed yesterday by General Motors (GM). FCA believes General Motors’ claims are nothing more than a merit-less attempt to divert attention from that company’s own challenges. “This astonishing ploy comes at a time when FCA is proving itself to be an ever more formidable competitor that continues to create significant value for all its stakeholders through the successful implementation of its long-term strategy. This includes the proposed merger with PSA, which itself completed the successful turnaround of the European businesses it acquired not long ago from General Motors. FCA will deal with this extraordinary attempt at distraction through the appropriate channels and will stay focused on continuing to deliver record results while realizing an exciting vision for the future of the industry. FCA is confident that it will prevail in defending itself against these claims in court and will also pursue all available remedies in response to this groundless lawsuit.”

I’m betting that Fiat Chrysler is guilty because we know that the Italian government is filled with corrupt globalist Establishment actors. This is what globalists do. They bribe people, governments, and leaders in other countries to turn the cheek on things like child slave labor, poor working conditions, anti-competitive practices, and other regulatory actions that enrich themselves.
